ROOT BEER BASKET

I created this basket in ONE day! Being away at the California Fighterfighter Olympics for the week, didn't leave me much time to complete this basket.

Two of my girlfriends wanted to go in on a baby shower gift together. The parents-to-be want to be surprised, as to what they're having. So, we had to come up with a theme for a boy or a girl.

What about Brown & White, I suggested. The girls thought it was a perfect fit. So, I created The Beach Barn ~ Root Beer Basket. Brown & White just the same as the Sweet, Fun, & Refreshing Drink! Mmm...Makes me want one! : )

Firefighter Basket

Gianpaolo and I went to a Baby Shower / House Warming Party yesterday afternoon. One of the guys & his wife, GP works with, is expecting their first baby, a boy! They are decorating the nursery with a fireman theme. This is the basket we took, as our gift to them, for the "Little Guy". : )

I, Along with Everyone Else I've Made it for, LOVE it! : )
It's GONE in Mere Minutes!

I've Added Few of My Own Touches to the Original Recipe...
I always like to include 1 Extra Banana (4 total),
Spices; Nutmeg, Cinnamon, All Spice, Pumpkin Spice, & Glaze on top.
MMmmm!

I mix in:
1/8 teaspoon of: Cinnamon, All Spice & Pumpkin Spice.
1/4 teaspoon of: Nutmeg (just because I love it so much!)
You can mix in any variation, to your taste or non at all.

Glaze:
Combine 1 Tablespoon Melted Butter, 1 Teaspoon Vanilla, 2 Cups Powder Sugar
& 3 Tablespoons Milk.
Add Milk as needed, to achieve drizzling consistency.
